Key Responsibilities : Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth Oversee a multi-million dollar paid media budget, making strategic allocation decisions to maximize ROI Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals and performance metrics Required Qualifications : 8+ years of experience in SEM and paid digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads in B2B SaaS Proven experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets and executing multi-region campaigns Expertise in campaign optimization, A / B testing, and landing page conversion strategies Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are preferred
