We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director, a critical new role at Tiff’s, reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing. This position also requires someone who is highly analytical and technologically savvy. • Create, manage, and regularly present a marketing dashboard that translates data into action-based insights (You’ll help us keep a pulse on what matters) • Own the digital marketing advertising budget (Spend it wisely to acquire revenue as efficiently as possible) • Review new technologies and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing - always be learning and teaching You know enough to be effective and give good specific direction to IT. Requirements/Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Statistics or related discipline • At least 4+ years of related experience in digital marketing • Demonstrated experience working with several of: marketing automation, AB testing, landing page development, e-commerce, social listening, mobile marketing, web analytics, SEO, PPC, targeted Facebook and Instagram campaigns • Experience managing a digital marketing budget to acquire customers • Exceptional skills with Excel and/or data manipulation tools • Digital marketing or web analytics certifications are a plus • Experience working with email marketing software (especially Responsys) is a plus
