Manage eCommerce operations for MadcapCoffee.com, Shopify, ShipStation, and the wholesale portal with continuous UX improvements. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media. Strong digital marketing skills including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and CRM segmentation. Experience in Recharge/subscription management and optimization.
