Position Overview
The Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist drives innovative digital campaigns and oversees eCommerce operations to support both DTC and B2B strategies. This role blends website management, digital & email marketing, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and maximize growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage eCommerce operations for MadcapCoffee.com, Shopify, ShipStation, and the wholesale portal with continuous UX improvements.
Execute digital, email, CRM, SEO/SEM, paid digital, affiliate channels and segmentation campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
Implement social media content strategies and collaborate with creative teams for photo, video, and campaign productions.
Oversee product marketing including product descriptions, release planning, and coordination with Roastery and Green Coffee teams.
Support wholesale marketing initiatives and maintain resource portals to enable Sales and Retail efforts.
Manage subscription operations and merchandising strategies by analyzing digital buying patterns and promotional bundling.
Drive analytics, GTM planning, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Ops, and agency partners.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or social media.
Proficient with Shopify, ShipStation, and website CMS tools.
Strong digital marketing skills including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and CRM segmentation.
Excellent communication, time-management, and independent work skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Recharge/subscription management and optimization.
Familiarity with EOS, project management tools, and the specialty coffee industry.
Proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to identify market trends.
