Key responsibilities • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords and social media • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and relevant digital content • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns email marketing social media and display and search advertising • Plan execute and measure experiments and conversion tests • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and optimize user experience • Drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services Required qualifications • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and/or display advertising campaigns • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends) • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong creative and analytical skills • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM email marketing tools Adobe Creative Suite) • Understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus • Experience with A/B testing and website optimization • Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
