About the Role:

The Cohort Program Associate is a 12-week, part-time, paid training role designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing execution within an agency environment. This program focuses on real client work, content production, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and marketing operations. All work is reviewed and audited by the Account Management team to ensure quality and performance.

Role Type: Part-Time (up to 15 hours/week)

Schedule: In-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Execute weekly email marketing campaigns for Develomark, and support client campaigns based on customer insightsAttend client site visits with account managers; capture photos, videos, and conduct AEO-focused interviews following a structured processPublish and distribute content across platforms including YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Yext; coordinate with designers for website implementationMaintain and update LLM tracking systems; analyze call recordings and form submissions to identify trends and opportunitiesFollow and execute the content flywheel: site visit → video → blog (with schema) → indexing → distribution → client communicationSupport AEO initiatives including blogs, interviews, studies, social content, and behind-the-scenes mediaCreate short-form video content for paid social campaigns, including content with or without actors for premium client accountsOrganize and manage media assets at scale using Basecamp, Google Drive, and internal systemsUse AI visibility tools to manage prompts, generate content ideas, and provide monthly updates for account managersPrepare monthly performance summaries highlighting wins, opportunities, and insights for internal teams and client communicationHost and manage Zoom meetings, document notes, and convert discussions into actionable marketing contentParticipate in training sessions, presentations, and collaborative feedback cycles to improve execution quality

What Success Looks Like:

Consistent delivery of high-quality, error-free marketing assets reviewed and approved by account managersDemonstrated ability to execute the full content flywheel independently with measurable outputClear, actionable insights derived from call tracking, form submissions, and campaign performanceTimely completion of weekly email campaigns and monthly reporting deliverablesStrong collaboration with internal teams and effective communication of ideas and results

Qualifications:

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or relevant project work

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content, ads, analytics)Ability to follow structured processes and execute tasks with attention to detailComfort working with video, content creation, and social media platformsAnalytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsOrganizational skills for managing multiple projects and assets

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

Familiarity with tools such as Basecamp, Google Drive, CRM systems, or CMS platformsExperience with video editing, content publishing, or email marketing toolsInterest in AI-driven marketing, AEO strategies, or prompt engineering

Base Pay:

Part time hourly pay: $16.94 per hour (paid bi-weekly via. direct deposit)
