Digital Marketing Lead

Senior Marketing Leader Opportunity We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive growth and lead our digital marketing efforts. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer engagement, acquisition, and brand transitions. You will lead diverse teams with both direct and indirect reporting relationships and collaborate with traditional sales teams to meet growth and retention goals. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field • 15+ years of broad-based marketing experience that includes leadership of client and consumer marketing strategy, branding, advertising, and communications, and digital marketing and development • Broad-based knowledge, experience, and results in leading marketing within a large, matrix organization • Able to be both a strategist and a practitioner - someone who can shape, teach, and influence as well as deliver on explicit targets and goals • Solid personal communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across a broad range of disciplines • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing new systems, programs, techniques, and procedures with a track record in achieving financial goals • Demonstrated business management ability with a track record of building programs and strategies that drive measurable results • Able to quickly adapt to change and lead others through change in a fast-paced environment
