Digital Marketing Lead

This is a hands-on strategic role where you’ll work closely with our internal team and external vendors to drive lead generation and firm visibility. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO strategy and execution • Proven track record managing SEO performance across multiple campaigns and platforms • Experience managing SEO for multilingual websites, particularly English and Spanish content • Deep knowledge of SEO tools including SEMrush, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, CallRail, and similar platforms • Strong familiarity with WordPress and ability to collaborate on UX, content, and technical site improvements • Experience coordinating across internal teams and managing third-party vendors (SEO, web development, design, content) • Understanding of technical SEO elements including page speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability/indexing • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms (management handled in-house, but strategic input expected) • Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable marketing improvements • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
