Digital Marketing Lead

They will also lead and manage key cross-functional initiatives such as artwork updates, packaging changes, and new product innovation launches. 5+ years of experience in growth-oriented marketing for eCommerce, ideally within CPG, wellness, supplements, OTC medicines, beauty, personal care, or other high-repeat consumer categories.Strong experience in Shopify-based businesses and hands-on knowledge of DTC growth levers.Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into insights and action plans.Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.Strong communicator who is comfortable collaborating across marketing, creative, regulatory, operations, and commercial teams.
