About the Role: We’re looking for a tech-savvy, results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can hit the ground running. You’ll take ownership of Arc Energy’s online presence, lead generation funnels, and marketing automation systems to drive consistent, qualified leads for solar and battery storage solutions. Requirements: • 3+ years in digital marketing, lead generation, or growth marketing (solar experience preferred but not required) • Proven success generating leads through SEO, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and YouTube • Strong understanding of CRMs (High Level and Airtable) and marketing automation tools • Comfortable using AI for marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
