Digital Marketing Manager

Impact of the Role: Our Advertising and Customer Acquisition team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that will work with Customer Acquisition Lead and other Growth Marketing Specialists to test, scale, and optimize Facebook / Instagram and Google campaigns designed to deliver customers with the highest lifetime value at the lowest CPA possible. This role will also manage a team of Digital Marketing Consultants and stay on top of all currently running and future campaigns. \\- Experience in Google Analytics or other analytics software, as well as keyword research, setting up campaigns, optimizing ads \\- Experience with Amplitude (Nice to have) \\- Have a firm advertising and data background in Facebook, Instagram and Google Pay Per Click with a strong discipline for driving conversions and delivering real ROI The Shift Network is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
