Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to grow our company through omni-channel marketing! In this position you can expect to: · Expand our current marketing using creative intuition, industry knowledge, and supporting data · Collaborate with our cross-functional management team to assess growth opportunities · Optimize our website’s digital presentation and conversion rates · Manage all outlets of marketing including but not limited to email, social media, public relations, and paid advertising · Maintain our digital content schedules on a weekly and monthly basis · Analyze data on all aspects of our digital presence · *Other duties as required or assigned Basic qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field · 2+ years of experience working in marketing (preferably B2C) · Proven track record of success in marketing · Excellent written communication (creative writing skills preferred) · Knowledge of web CMS (preferably eCommerce), email marketing, social media platforms, Google analytics, and basic SEO · Eye for design & ability to create attractive marketing materials · Ability to keep track of multiple projects at once You’ll thrive at Reb’s if: · You love to have fun with your work · You’re a creative innovator · You’re a collaborative team leader This is a full-time position on location in Moscow, ID.
