Digital Marketing Manager

**The Role** The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key member of Saildrone’s small but mighty marketing team. We are seeking a talented candidate with a self-driven passion to make a difference in the world’s push understand and protect our oceans. You will have ownership of our website and also have the chance to drive content strategy and creation for promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is seeking a role leveraging both left and right brain talents and has the confidence to look at data and form a point of view. * Develop an overall marketing dashboard to tracking efforts and making recommendations for program improvements * Create and manage owned and paid digital strategy and execution for Saildrone's lead and pipeline generation efforts * Manage and own daily operations of digital channels including paid search, display advertising, paid social, retargeting, and other paid marketing channels * Collaborate with marketing, product and business teams to translate larger initiatives into targeted marketing campaigns * Iterate on ad copy that resonates with key audiences, promotes the brand, and drives engagement * Measure, analyze, and report performance of campaigns and develop optimization strategies and conduct A/B tests to improve performance * Ability to propose, drive creation of and analyze content that creates interest and awareness in Saildrone products * Track and report on Saildrone and competitor audience reach **Required skills and experience** * 3+ years of relevant digital / marketing experience.
