In addition, you will work to ensure that media budgets are allocated appropriately to achieve business goals / KPIs, develop a roadmap and approach to testing and optimizing programs, and manage all of the company's outside media and agency relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: • Help brands to scale and optimize marketing channels through a 360 marketing strategy • Grow digital marketing channels across paid media, affiliate influencer marketing, SEO, PPC, Email, and SMS • Develop personalization and A/B testing strategies by defining customer cohorts and user journeys to maximize sales and conversion • Report KPIs & strategize growth plans with the executive team • Research, test, and implement new marketing tools and platforms to optimize performance QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: • 6+ years of digital marketing experience with few years focused on growth/performance marketing • Industry experience is required including DTC (Direct to consumer) • Software experience including Shopify & Google Analytics • Experience managing all performance marketing platforms and building a funnel-based customer journey • Self starter with strategic and out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to scale quickly EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree is required BENEFITS: • Medical, dental, and vision, (health ins after 60 days) • 401k match • 3k annual clothing allowance • Summer Fridays • 14 PTO days total & increases yearly • Sick time • 10 company holidays As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
