Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field • 4+ years marketing experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Expert proficiency with Google Analytics/GA4, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ad Words • Highly proficient in use of Hub Spot platform and tools • Expert understanding of media performance KPIs • Proven track record in delivering measured results • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization • Highly organized and can manage a multitude of tasks, projects, and information simultaneously • Must have a good eye for design • Ability to be flexible to provide continuity and support to the needs of internal and external stakeholders • Creative thinker with the ability to provide solutions • Extremely detail oriented • Able to work under a minimal amount of supervision • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
