Job Requirements We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager of Marketing to join our growing marketing team. In this the role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our advertising across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and MQLs within our ICP and targeted accounts. What you Will Do Own the strategy, execution and optimization of global digital campaigns including SEM, paid social and display advertising Continuously A/B test content, CTAs, creative, landing pages, and the signup funnel to improve performance across all channels to drive conversions Ensure appropriate tracking is set up to report attribution and analyze campaign performance Work with content, product marketing, and creativity to develop ads that are consistent with our branding and messaging Report ROI, conversions, and performance of digital marketing campaigns on weekly and monthly basis Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand, demand gen, ABM... and product launch campaigns Own SEO optimization across the website and blog to increase website and drive conversions Manage budget while continuously optimizing spend Work Experience 3 years of experience managing advertising with a budget of at least $1M per year Experience managing advertising as part of an ABM strategy Proficiency with advertising and website analytics tools (Adwords, 6sense/Demandbase/Terminus, Facebook, LinkedIn, Metadata, Rollworks, Triblio or similar) Experience working with data-driven optimizations - Monitor, Evaluate, Test and Learn Ability to tell a story with data, articulate what's working and what's not, and set a vision for how we'll further evolve our digital campaign approach. Salary Range: Minimum Qualification Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
