Responsibilities • Create and maintain Veson’s global digital marketing program, including strategy, implementation, and measuring success, partnering with regional marketers to execute as appropriate. • Establish A/B testing program across all channels and create marketing playbooks. • Advise on shifts in program audiences, keyword mix, channels, tactics, and media partners based on performance. Qualifications • 5+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space • Innately curious with a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to demonstrate the latest technology and methods • Expert in using web, paid advertising, ABM, conversion optimization, nurture, and more as part of a comprehensive growth strategy • Proficient in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools • Experience with global campaign setup, execution, tracking, and analysis using a variety of external and internal reporting tools, including management region-specific strategies • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills • Comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines • Experience working with translated and international campaigns preferred • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) preferred We are a team of multi-cultural, multi-disciplined professionals that are dedicated to making our clients successful and charting a new, innovative course for the commercial marine industry.
