This position will be a key part of the marketing organization and work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance the company’s overall digital presence. • Assist in the development of an e-commerce platform and loyalty program to drive consumer engagement and loyalty. • Work to uncover customer insights, report on site and page-level data through Google Analytics and recommend strategy improvements to online and email content. Required Education & Experience • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing/Marketing Analytics; corporate or agency experience • The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree with experience in advertising, communications or marketing • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects and with internal staff and outside partners/vendors is a requirement • Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborate and remote team environment Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Familiarity and proficiency using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) or similar Marketing Automation Platforms to build and manage campaigns at various points of the client journey • Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, display, retargeting, social media, paid search, and email marketing • Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ad Manager, especially in tracking campaign performance and establishing targets • Expertise and experience in e-commerce platforms or managing loyalty programs • Comfortable managing a broad range of digital marketing activities and presenting analysis and recommendations to leadership on campaign performance and refinement • Ability to help oversee external agency relationships to ensure success of all digital marketing initiatives • Strong problem solver and communicator, able to succeed in a fast-paced environment by working independently with minimal supervision under deadline pressures • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, or Google Analytics are a plus but not required
