The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering sales through commercially driven strategies, online marketing, merchandising, user experience, and site operations for All Star Elite & accompanying Retail chains, and developing our 3rd party Marketplaces. This role demands a true cross-functional leader to oversee a team that delivers against strategic goals and work hand-in-hand with our digital, product, and tech teams, ensuring the achievement of key performance metrics and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital retail and be familiar with navigating and optimizing listings on major Ecommerce platforms. This role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with the rest of the Watson Apparel executive leadership team. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operating metrics.
