As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the execution, testing, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll apply these learnings to improve both client outcomes and the standard programs within our platform. and Meta Ads • Continuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment • Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and report actionable insights to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve user acquisition for our PLG platform • Partner with the Performance and Product Teams to improve campaign outcomes for our end users (mortgage and real estate professionals) • Investigate performance at the individual program level and apply those insights to improve standard Blueprints in our platform • Interpret data and performance trends to recommend and implement campaign optimizations • Stay ahead of housing market trends and consumer behavior within the mortgage/real estate industry • Look for opportunities to supercharge your role with AI, including LLM’s, and implement this independently or with assistance where needed Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads • Demonstrated success running campaigns for mortgage, real estate, or housing-related products or services • Strong analytical skills; confident working with campaign data and performance dashboards (GA4 or similar) • Clear communicator who can translate numbers into strategy, particularly in writing • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently • Familiarity with lead gen optimization and conversion rate best practices • Experience with ad automation or AI-powered campaign tools • Must love the potential of AI and have extreme curiosity about how it can be used to help you and the company • Exposure to PLG or SaaS marketing environments
