Digital Marketing Manager

IMT Residential is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Marketing Team at our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA. You will lead key digital initiatives for our 56+ apartment communities nationwide, drive measurable results, and mentor a small team while preparing for the next step in your career as a marketing leader. Please apply if you have: • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field • Experience managing or mentoring team members with strong leadership potential • Proficiency managing SEO/SEM campaigns and ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external agencies to achieve objectives • Experience using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, BrightEdge • Proven success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with confidence communicating to executives and large groups • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to evaluate data and optimize spend • Marketing project management skills and experience with budgeting, planning, implementations and prioritizing competing priorities • Creativity in identifying target audiences to creating engaging campaigns • Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, energetic and positive attitude with ability to operate under pressure • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote) • Knowledge of industry systems such as MRI, Rent Dynamics, HyLy, RapidSoft and LeaseStar a plus • Experience in multifamily real estate or hospitality marketing preferred • Ability to travel 5-15% IMT will consider all qualified applicants for employment, regardless of their criminal histories, for all of our locations.
