The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role on our professional services team, supporting digital strategy and executing marketing initiatives. This role requires broad expertise and proven experience across paid media channels, including SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, and Analytics. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, the role leads paid media campaigns and organic channels across our client portfolio. • 3+ years of proven experience within an agency setting or in-house B2B brand • Expert in paid media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising • SEO audit and optimization experience • A strategic thinker and excellent tactician who rolls up their sleeves to drive results • A process and data-driven demand generation marketer • A confident communicator who can engage and deliver in a myriad of settings • Experience achieving measurable business objectives • Direct or indirect B2B manufacturing experience is a plus Success Measurements • Campaign performance and reporting, client satisfaction, and quality of marketing initiatives (pre-defined metrics, vary by client) • Effectiveness and presentation quality of marketing deliverables/assets and narratives • Contribution to agency revenue through on-time deliverables, on budget tasks and billing • Continued learning and growth in practice areas and understanding client subject matter
