Digital Marketing Manager - SEM / SEO

The primary emphasis of this role is on Paid Search/SEM but also requires familiarity in managing and optimizing campaigns in other paid channels such as paid social, programmatic, and expertise supporting SEO (technical, content and strategic optimization). This role requires advanced expertise in search engine marketing, including Google Ads, shopping feed optimization via Google Merchant Center, and experience managing complex, multi-location or franchise-based accounts. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search/SEM experience, with strong track record of performance outcomes required; Agency experience strongly preferred. • 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with strong SEO expertise and hands-on paid media execution. • Flexibility – We have a hybrid work environment and a flexible PTO plan that allows teams to take time off when they need it.
