Digital Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARYThis position has responsibility to lead growth across digital marketing channels, executing and optimizing campaigns, managing paid advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO, with a strong focus on performance metrics and channel optimization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSExecute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy for ENVE's DTC, Industry Pro, and B2B audiences, including campaign content development, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.Oversee affiliate marketing initiatives, optimizing partnerships for customer acquisition and revenue growth.Implement SEO improvements to enhance organic visibility and website traffic.Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify reports to drive data-informed decisions.Work collaboratively with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.SECONDARY FUNCTIONSMaintain a safe and orderly work environment.Adhere to and uphold all Company policies and procedures.Follow all procedures as they pertain to this position.Performs other duties as assigned.PERFORMANCE MEASURESIndividual annual goals and objectives.Departmental and organizational goals and objectives.Effective communication and ability to work with all departments.Compliance with Company policies (e.g., safety, quality, attendance, etc. (R) Strong proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred). (P) Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms. (R) Ability to read, write, and speak English.SKILLS (LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, REASONING, OTHER)Highly analytical and performance-driven, with a data-first approach to marketing.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.Ability to optimize campaigns in real-time, develop email strategies, and scale marketing initiatives effectively.Creative mindset to craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and campaign strategiesSelf-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently with general instruction and limited supervision to meet deadlines.Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND/OR REGISTRATIONS (R) = Required (P) = PreferredNone.PHYSICAL / VISUAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to work in a typical professional office environment, using standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, copier, etc. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
