Responsibilities: • Manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of industries and clients • Write content for blogs, social media, digital ads, email drip campaigns, guides, and websites • Perform keyword research for SEO purposes and optimize content accordingly • Create and monitor social media ads and ad spend; perform A/B testing as needed • Work within clients’ CMS, email marketing platform, and social media accounts • Analyze data and campaign analytics for monthly client reports • Maintain enthusiasm and urgency in servicing clients while consistently striving for excellence • Design basic graphics for use in social media content, email blasts, guides, websites, and reports Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, communications, business, or related fields) • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; preferably agency experience • Familiarity and comfort with CMS platforms (WordPress experience highly preferred) • Proven ability to create engaging and branded content for clients (blogs and social media) • Experience with email marketing campaigns and software (MailChimp preferred) • Experience with Google Analytics and data/social listening and analytics tools • Unrelenting attention to detail • Outstanding writing and self-editing ability • Exceptional organizational skills and time management • Beginner level design skills or understanding (Canva experience a plus) Perfect Candidate: • Is incredibly smart, charismatic, and a natural conversationalist • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves to work hard/play hard • Is strategic, creative, and analytical • Has a genuine interest in marketing and keeps up with industry trends • Is a self-starter, takes pride in their work, and generally gives a damn
