We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in an agency environment. Design and execute comprehensive testing programs to continuously improve ad performance, including split testing different ad variables and experimenting with new strategies. Develop, implement, and enforce standardized naming conventions for campaigns, ad sets, and creatives to ensure consistency and ease of reporting. Partner closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including images, copy, and layouts that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives. Project management or sales experience is a plus.
