This position works closely with the Sales and Marketing team to oversee digital marketing at the property level – spanning website, social media, email campaigns, and digital tools – that drive consideration and, ultimately, bookings, while ensuring a seamless user journey throughout the digital experience. • Support the seasonal PR and promotional calendar for the hotel, spa, and all F&B outlets, aligning with hotel-wide initiatives and guest behavior trends, as part of the property’s integrated marketing plan • Support digital marketing efforts on Fourseasons.com to ensure content is accurate, updated seasonally and brand-aligned in partnership with corporate SEO and web teams. • Minimum three years of experience in social media or digital marketing; experience with lifestyle or hospitality brands is beneficial • Enthusiasm for content creation, interest and initiative to capture and edit Instagram stories and Reels, while staying on top of the latest trends • Proactive in staying ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging media platforms, with a focus on innovation in hospitality marketing • Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set • Analytical mindset with a strong propensity to work with KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
