Digital Marketing Manager - Performance Advertising

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce firm, is searching for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their performance advertising efforts in St. Louis, Missouri, US . This strategic role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive paid media campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and programmatic display. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of campaign management platforms, audience segmentation, A/B testing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will be tasked with driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Key responsibilities include budget management, campaign performance analysis, regular reporting to stakeholders, and staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
