About BrandOptics You'll work directly with client accounts to develop and execute social media strategies, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with our creative team to produce compelling content. What You'll Do • Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands, maintaining consistent voice and visual identity • Gather project requirements from clients and translate them into actionable campaign plans • Coordinate with our design team to develop creative assets and content • Write captions and copy that align with each brand's tone and messaging • Research trends, competitors, and industry best practices to inform strategy • Track performance metrics and provide reporting to clients • Stay current on platform updates and emerging social media tools What We're Looking For • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience a plus) • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite) • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice across different brands • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
