Responsibilities: • Testing & Optimization: • Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve campaign performance. • Develop and present comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. • Analyze the performance of creative assets, providing actionable feedback to refine and optimize future ad creatives. • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting. • Project management or sales experience is a plus.
