Under the direction of the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager is an exceptional writer, interviewer, and storyteller responsible for producing, placing and managing engaging digital content for paid digital advertising and organic social media campaigns that strengthen Washtenaw Community College's visibility, reputation, and enrollment goals. The position requires experience with recommending, producing and placing digital advertising content on platforms/channels to best achieve marketing objectives.The position requires experience with AI prompting and AI-assisted content creation to enhance efficiency and creativity while maintaining brand authenticity and ethical standards. Working collaboratively with the Communications Director, Marketing Managers, and members of the creative team and web teams this role ensures content is timely, visually cohesive, and aligned with WCC's brand and communication standards. • Support Communications Director with developing and posting social media content on the college's owned social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
