Digital Marketing Manager

This role will be located in our Downtown Pittsburgh office adjacent to Market Square and is responsible for driving traffic, leads, conversions, goodwill and revenue through paid advertising, content, website optimization, SEO, and social media oversight. Website & Conversion Optimization • Own website performance with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Improve landing pages, user journeys, and on-site messaging • Collaborate with designers or developers as needed; comfortable making updates directly in CMS tools Social Media Oversight • Own the social media strategy in alignment with overall marketing and business goals • Define content themes, posting cadence, and channel priorities • Oversee content creation and publishing (hands-on or through contractors/internal resources, depending on structure) • Ensure social media supports paid campaigns, SEO, and brand positioning • Monitor performance and engagement, providing insights and recommendations for improvement What Success Looks Like • Increased qualified traffic and conversions across paid, organic, and social channels • Measurable improvements in website performance, SEO visibility, and social engagement • Clear, actionable reporting tied to business outcomes • A cohesive digital presence across ads, website, search, and social This role offers the opportunity to own digital marketing performance end to end, shape how social supports growth, and make a direct impact on business results while working closely with leadership.
