Digital Marketing Manager

A Michigan based agency, Real Integrated is dedicated to working closely with clients to set a clear course and achieve their goals through creative solutions. Real Integrated is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Lead to own end-to-end digital strategy, execution, measurement, and reporting across a multi-client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who can build media plans, launch and optimize campaigns across multiple paid platforms, maintain clean analytics/tracking, and confidently communicate performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Client Communication & Account Support • Lead performance conversations with clients (status updates, insights, recommendations, planning). Required Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience (agency or in-house).
