Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Amazon & DTC channels • Manage day-to-day performance marketing (Amazon Ads, paid social, paid search) to drive traffic and conversions for brand products. • Own Amazon & marketplace performance in partnership with the Global Director • Help manage listings, content, A+ pages, and brand store with a testing mindset. • Proficient in email marketing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated and comfortable operating with ambiguity • High degree of ethics and integrity Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or ecommerce marketing. • Experience working with ecommerce platform and basic understanding of CRO.
