Digital Marketing Manager

LD Innovations is an ecommerce start-up that operates 3 brands, with over 50 different products in niche categories. We design, manufacture and sell physical products online. We are rapidly growing and are seeking to hire a part/full time digital marketing manager (remote or located in Philadelphia, PA). - Plan and execute all amazon product launches - Design, build and optimize our amazon product listings - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Create sales copy and review/edit copywriting on emails, blogs, product listings - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong understanding of direct response best practices and ecommerce (ideally amazon and shopify) - 2+ years of deep, hands-on ad campaign management (Facebook, amazon, google) campaign management experience, and a strong perspective of what works for the channel - Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms - Advanced Excel and analytical skills required (a pivot table MASTER) - Self-starter, ambitious, creative, and a team player - Startup or political campaign experience a plus!
