POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, executing, and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing strategy across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager brings strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills, with a particular emphasis on website management, backend functionality, CRM/email marketing, paid media, and reputation management. Essential Responsibilities • Digital Strategy & Execution • Own the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of all digital marketing initiatives across web, SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, email, CRM, and display advertising. • Lead A/B testing initiatives across digital channels to continuously improve performance. • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated ownership of campaigns from planning through execution and optimization • Experience managing websites, including backend updates and optimization • Coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) preferred • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems • Experience with social media management platforms preferred
