Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP! About The Role We’re looking for a highly impactful and results‑driven Performance Marketing Manager to join the inforcer team. What You’ll Be Doing • Own end to end management of PPC programs (Google Ads/AdWords), including account structure, build, optimization, performance analysis, and reporting • Lead paid media across LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and display channels • Maintain channel spend, pacing, forecasting, and ROI analysis • Build and manage ABM programs targeting priority MSP accounts • Align targeting, messaging, and conversion paths with Sales and Product Marketing • Implement and maintain tracking across PPC, paid social, landing pages, and funnels • Manage UTMs, pixels, conversion actions, and attribution reporting • Build dashboards that reflect pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, channel efficiency, and cost metrics • Create structured test plans across creative, copy, targeting, bidding, and landing pages • Conduct ongoing analysis to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities • Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Sales to ensure message consistency and funnel alignment • Manage external agencies where needed, with accountability for output and performance • Evaluate and implement digital marketing tools and workflow automations • Support operational tasks as needed (e.g., landing page updates, QA of tracking, data cleanup, UTM frameworks)
