Digital Marketing Manager

You'll work across the full marketing spectrum, from SEO and content creation to paid advertising and email campaigns, reporting directly to the CEO. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & SEO Strategy • Develop and execute content strategy to establish BoardSpot as a thought leader in nonprofit governance • Create high-quality blog posts, articles, guides, and resources • Optimize website and content for search engines and AI bots to improve organic rankings and traffic • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO and AI-Optimized best practices Email & Social Media Marketing • Build and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects • Grow email subscriber base and launch monthly newsletter • Establish and maintain consistent social media presence • Create engaging social content that drives traffic and builds brand awareness Required Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B environments • Strong content creation and writing skills with proven ability to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns • Demonstrated SEO knowledge and experience improving organic search performance • Experience with email marketing campaigns and automation • Social media marketing experience, particularly LinkedIn for B2B audiences • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take initiative • Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing analytics and reporting • Excellent project management and organizational skills This position is based in downtown Colorado Springs, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion.
