Qualifications include: • Must be available to travel 5 % or more based on business needs • Proven Programmatic experience and success managing Google and Microsoft Display Ads • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Programmatic marketing • Experience with Google AdWords • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a junior‑level employee • Experience managing a medium-large brand • Ability to work with and lead external vendor/partner relationships including negotiating contracts and terms • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills • Understands campaign objectives/strategy and able to present insight in reports to clients as well as field/anticipate questions.
