You’ll be the person who builds, launches, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels—then reports back on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next. You’ll have admin and design support to help with the day-to-day, so you can stay focused on what matters most: performance. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see what needs to happen and you make it happenStrong communicator who can clearly explain campaign performance and recommendations (you’ll be reporting to the founder regularly)Hungry to learn and grow.
