Digital Marketing Manager

As a key member of the Sage Crystals team, it’s imperative that the DMM has a passion and/or a strong interest in crystals, wellness, metaphysical and conscious living. ), but you must have a genuine curiosity and love for learning – and a desire to share knowledge with others in a creative way through our website, communications and social media channels. The successful DMM has retail marketing and e-commerce experience and works well both independently and in collaboration with the Business Owner; is project driven, metric focused, goal-oriented, and knows how to solve problems autonomously and communicate effectively and timely. The DMM will be responsible for creating graphics and marketing assets, developing and curating original content that aligns with the voice and culture of Sage Crystals, as such it will be important to spend time regularly in our store, interacting with our customers and engaging with our Store Manager to immerse yourself in understanding our customer base and product. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field: Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce marketing with progressively increasing responsibilities Proven experience creating campaigns, growth strategies, communications, and content Prior experience with Klaviyo email marketing Experience managing Shopify website – basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing Strong understanding of SEO best practices Project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, be self-directed and driven Strong creative writing skills Must be able to travel to gem shows at least twice a year for content
