Tucson, Arizona | Full-Time | Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred THE OPPORTUNITY Are you a digital sales professional who loves building something from the ground up? Do you thrive when you can own a revenue line, train a team, and watch both grow? If so, we want to talk.

We are a five-station radio cluster in Tucson, Arizona — two Spanish-language stations and three English-language stations — with a strong local brand, an experienced sales team, and a growing digital product portfolio. We are looking for a Digital Sales Champion to lead our digital revenue expansion, personally closing new business while coaching our sellers to do the same.

This is not a support role.

It is a leadership role with a clear mandate: take our digital revenue from where it is today to $20,000–$30,000 per month. You will have the backing of management, the support of an experienced sales team, and the resources to do it right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own and grow the cluster's digital revenue book — hunting new business and expanding existing accounts

Accompany sellers on client calls, co-present digital proposals, and help close deals in the fieldTrain the sales team on digital products, presentations, and closing techniques through structured coaching and ride-alongsBuild compelling, customized digital marketing proposals for local and regional advertisers across both English and Spanish marketsManage and report on digital campaign performance, using data to retain clients and justify upsellsStay current on digital advertising trends, tools, and platforms — and bring what you learn back to the teamCollaborate with station management to set digital revenue targets and develop a quarterly growth plan WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 3–5+ years of digital advertising sales experience — display, video, social, SEM, programmatic, or streaming audioDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding digital sales goals, ideally managing a book of $10,000/month or moreExperience training, coaching, or mentoring other salespeople is a significant plusBilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred — this is a bilingual market and a bilingual teamPrior experience in radio, television, digital media, or a local/regional advertising agency is a competitive advantageStrong presenter and communicator — confident in front of clients ranging from small local businesses to regional brandsProficient with CRM platforms and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent)Self-starter who can operate with autonomy while staying aligned with team goalsKnowledge of the Tucson market or similar bilingual Southwest markets is a plus WHAT WE OFFER • Commensurate with experience, competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions.Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and paid time offA real seat at the table — you will help shape the digital strategy for the entire clusterA talented, experienced sales team that wants to win and is ready to growA market that rewards hustle — Tucson's bilingual business community is active, underserved digitally, and ready to invest ABOUT US We are a multi-station radio group serving the Tucson, Arizona market with a portfolio of English and Spanish-language stations that have deep roots in the community.
