About The Role
vCluster Labs is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to architect and operate their digital distribution engine. This role involves translating complex technical narratives into high-velocity growth, focusing on how the cloud-native community discovers vCluster. You will be the primary driver of the "media engine" and have the opportunity to shape how vCluster reaches its target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and operate a "content-to-pipeline" system across LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.Master content distribution to ensure key technical narratives reach the right stakeholders.Manage and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns with a focus on experimentation and pipeline impact.Partner with leadership to translate technical expertise into thought leadership and build advocacy programs.Direct video content strategy, working with external partners to create reusable assets.Build a data-driven reporting framework to track social activity and paid spend's contribution to traffic, engagement, and revenue.
Qualifications
4–8+ years in digital, performance, or content marketing, with experience scaling engagement for technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.Technical fluency, able to translate complex infrastructure concepts for DevOps and platform engineers.Proficiency on platforms like LinkedIn, understanding community sentiment on Reddit and Hacker News.Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantifiable achievements and ROI.Natural integration of AI tools for automation and creative brainstorming.Creative direction abilities, capable of leading agencies/freelancers for asset production.
Bonus Points
Background in developer tools, Kubernetes, or AI Infrastructure.Experience transitioning from early-stage adoption to predictable market growth.Strong personal LinkedIn or social presence.
