Provide digital leadership and subject matter expertise in the implementation and ongoing management of new marketing technologies and platforms (including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Express). Lead digital-first operational marketing delivery, including channels, automated journeys, workflows and A/B testing, aligned to contract requirements, budgets and outcomes. Manage digital performance measurement and optimisation of new technologies, implementing robust tracking (e.g. pixels, conversion events, UTMs) to report on ROI/ROAS, improve user journeys and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
