As Digital Marketing Manager, you own the commercial engine, DTC paid media, email, SMS, loyalty, affiliate, and site performance, and you're accountable for the numbers. • Own DTC revenue performance across all owned digital channels, from conversion, AOV, and growth metrics • Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend across performance and retention • 4+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce, with hands-on experience managing paid media, email, and site performance • Experience with affiliate programs, loyalty platforms, or wholesale digital channels a plus
