About the position The Digital Marketing Manager - Advertising is responsible for planning and executing paid media placements for the RYOBI and RIDGID brands. This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet KPI targets while adhering to budget constraints. The manager will communicate campaign performance to leadership and provide insights to the broader marketing team, fostering collaboration across departments. Responsibilities • Manage, review, and perform daily optimizations to all accounts linked to campaigns , • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience segments, and contextual targets to increase performance , • Work with marketing and creative teams to develop ad concepts, assets, and copy , • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics , • Communicate with the full team regarding project status, timelines, and anticipated results
