The Digital Marketing Manager takes new partnerships, initiatives, and resources for educators from concept to large-scale, multi-channel distribution. Part of the Network Engagement department, and at the center of the organization's key initiatives, this team supports First Book's mission by developing organizational strategies to grow the First Book Network of educators, engage and activate its member base, foster a sense of community among members, and distribute books and resources to kids. The Manager works alongside the Senior Director of Member Engagement to create and execute robust marketing plans that drive awareness and usage of First Book's products, resources, and opportunities. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in communications or digital marketing required.
