As a Retention Agent, you will contact existing and former clients to rebuild relationships, retain accounts, reintroduce our products and services, and help bring clients back onto our schedule. Strong communication, sales ability, and follow-up skills are essential. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage client accounts, maintain accurate documentation, update spreadsheets and CRM records, track account activity, and ensure all client communications are properly documented. Work closely with management to improve client retention and account performance.
