The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams, dealership leadership, and external advertising partners to align marketing strategy with goals and evolving digital consumer experiences.Digital Marketing Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid media, third‑party platforms, and OEM programsOversee and manage external advertising partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with performance goals and accountability for resultsDrive continuous improvement in website performance, including user experience, lead generation, and conversion optimization across SRPs, VDPs, and landing pagesPlay a leadership role in advancing digital retailing initiatives, supporting a seamless online‑to‑offline purchase experienceAnalyze marketing performance data and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROIEstablish clear performance expectations for campaigns and partners, ensuring data‑driven decision‑makingManage, mentor, and develop two direct reports, fostering a high‑performance and accountable team cultureCollaborate with dealership leadership to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and operational prioritiesIdentify, evaluate, and implement new tools, technologies, and channels to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experienceStay informed on emerging trends in automotive retail, digital marketing, and consumer behaviorSchedule: Hybrid Role with Days in Office in TrevoseTools & Technology EnvironmentThe Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to leverage and optimize a range of platforms, including but not limited to:Website & Digital Retailing Platforms (e.g., Roadster, , OEM platforms)CRM & DMS Systems (e.g., CDK, Vin Solutions, or similar)Analytics & Reporting Tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Iterable/SFMC)Advertising Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, third‑party automotive marketplaces)Call tracking, chat, and lead management toolsMicrosoft Office Suite and reporting toolsQualifications & Requirements EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field requiredExperience5-8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketingExperience managing external agencies or marketing partners with accountability for resultsExperience in automotive, retail, or high-volume lead generation environments strongly preferredPrior experience leading or mentoring team membersSkills & CompetenciesStrong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing decisionsDeep understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimizationFamiliarity with digital retailing tools and evolving automotive customer journeysStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on executionAbout FaulknerThe Faulkner Automotive Group is a family‑owned and‑operated automotive group serving Central and Southeast Pennsylvania with the best vehicles and services.
