This unique position combines digital marketing, content creation, customer interaction, and brand development.
You'll spend a portion of your day working in our showroom greeting visitors, assisting with office responsibilities, answering customer questions, and learning our products firsthand. Those real customer conversations will help you create authentic marketing that connects with homeowners throughout Utah.
You'll also work closely with ownership and our outside marketing partners to improve lead generation, strengthen our online presence, and maximize the return on our marketing investment.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platformsDevelop engaging marketing campaigns that generate qualified homeowner leadsCreate compelling photo, video, and written content showcasing completed projectsManage and optimize Google Ads Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaignsCoordinate digital campaigns with our television and radio advertisingImprove local SEO through blogs, landing pages, Google Business Profile, and website contentMonitor campaign performance and continually improve resultsWebsite & Marketing Development
Audit our website and recommend improvements that increase conversionsWork with our SEO and web development partnersHelp develop landing pages and promotional campaignsTrack conversions, website traffic, and marketing ROI using Google Analytics and other reporting toolsAI & Marketing Innovation
Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT and other emerging tools to improve productivityHelp implement AI into everyday marketing workflowsContent Creation
Photograph completed projectsCapture customer testimonialsFilm and edit short-form videos for social mediaWrite blog articles, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional contentShowroom & Office Support
Welcome customers visiting our Salt Lake City showroomAnswer incoming phone calls and customer inquiriesAssist homeowners with scheduling appointments and product informationLearn our products and services to become a knowledgeable brand ambassadorSupport office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, creative, thinks outside the box, self starter, and eager to grow with our company.
Preferred qualifications include:
2 + years of digital marketing experience or recent graduate Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketingStrong writing and communication skillsVideo editing and content creation experiencePhotography experience is a plusKnowledge of SEO best practicesWordPress or website editing experience preferredComfortable using AI tools Excellent organizational and time management skillsProfessional appearance with outstanding customer service skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPositive attitude and willingness to learn
