At Nature Fresh Farms®, we’re committed to nourishing people and the planet through greenhouse farming. 2 or more years of experience in a digitally oriented marketing role.A university degree in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.Demonstrated experience in managing a team including coaching, employee development and achieving performance goals.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Exceptional communication abilities, active listening skills and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.Valid passport with the ability to travel to the U.S. or internationally as required.Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.Proficiency in working with computers and software programs, specifically ERP, KPI Portals and Microsoft Office more specifically Excel and Nav.Ability to identify issues and problem solve independently using appropriate resources internally and externally.Ability to adapt quickly to changes and re-prioritize tasks with short notice, and perform all other duties as required to support overall project completion and success.Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills, with a high degree of tact and persuasiveness.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company.Must be hands-on and process oriented, always looking to improve processes.Comfortable with creating and facilitating presentations.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines within in a fast-paced environment.Displays strong initiative and able to work independently with little direction, within a fast-paced environment.A very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.
